Course Description:  This comprehensive course is designed to provide advanced knowledge and practical skills in embalming

techniques and airbrush cosmetics. Through a combination of theoretical instruction, hands-on demonstrations,

and interactive discussions, participants will gain in-depth understanding of the latest embalming tips and airbrush cosmetics used in the prep room. A HIGHLIGHT of this presentation is learning about the fundamentals of color theory. This will provide a foundation for understanding how colors interact and how they can be used in cosmetic applications.

Module 1: Embalming Techniques - Introduction to embalming: It’s purpose and legal considerations. Embalming techniques for different cases including nail bed staining, tissue building, Jaundice & Edema treatments.

Module 2: Airbrush Cosmetics & Color Theory - The benefits and differences between traditional cosmetics & Airbrush cosmetics

-Airbrush equipment and maintenance: selection, cleaning, and troubleshooting
